I’ve gotten a lot of emails from readers complaining about the likely Biden-Trump rematch this fall, and it got me thinking: the perfect candidate doesn’t exist… but what if it did? If you went back and made a list of all the qualities the most popular presidents shared, and if you looked at everyone who has been winning elections recently and seen what they had in common, then added in all the right opinions and policy positions, what would that look like? I thought it’d be interesting, and even kinda fun, to try to find out. So today, we’re gonna try to do the impossible — we’re going to build… the “perfect” candidate.
