AFFIRMATIVE ACTION IS OVER. The Supreme Court rules race-conscious admissions are unconstitutional.

The U.S. Supreme Court recently issued a few rulings on some controversial and highly debated cases. In SFFA v. Harvard and SFFA v. UNC, the justices ruled in favor of the plaintiffs, effectively ending race-conscious admissions policies for most colleges and universities across the country. Today, we are going to take a look at what the right and the left are saying on this, and then my take.
